Here, you can pre-purchase your tickets online.
If you cannot purchase tickets online or wish to pay with cash, no worries! We will be accepting cash payments at our tabling hours at Jester from 9am-2pm (April 7-17) at the University of Texas at Austin. We will also be accepting cash payments "at the door" on the days of the Convention.
Remember, there is a 18$ total charge to attend both days of the convention, which we strongly recommend! If there is a conflict in schedule, participants are able to purchase 1 ticket for 1 desired day if they can't attend both days of the convention.
Before you move forward with your online purchase, here are some important details you must know:
- To attend both days of the convention, be sure to add BOTH days to your checkout cart before purchasing. We are complying with the rules of the University of Texas at Austin's ticketing system. They gave us 2 tickets for each day, so therefore, participants must pay for two separate tickets.
- You can only pre-purchase tickets online for this convention through a Credit/Debit Card and a Paypal Account.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
- Do NOT lose/tear your ticket or subject it to "wear & tear". You will NOT be allowed access into the building/dance room without a fully intact ticket.
If you currently attend the University of Texas at Austin (or live in Austin), you can pre-purchase your tickets online here and pick up your tickets at our student organization tabling hours at Jester from 9am-2pm (April 7-17) at the University of Texas at Austin.
